BCD Explosion-proof Wire Rope Hoist

The BCD type explosion-proof wire rope electric hoist has explosion-proof ratings of DIIBT4 and DIICT4, making it suitable for use in potentially explosive environments with flammable gases, vapors, and air mixtures that may produce sparks, such as coal mines, pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, and similar workplaces. The external explosion-proof components of the explosion-proof electric hoist are made of special spark-free materials. The motor, electrical components, trolley wheels, rope guides, hooks, operating handles, and other parts are all explosion-proof, ensuring reliable safety in explosive atmospheres.

The explosion-proof electric hoist manufactured by SHAREHOIST has undergone quality supervision and inspection center’s explosion-proof performance testing, and it has been issued an explosion-proof certificate. It is suitable for indoor use in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +40°C. In case of outdoor use, protective devices are required. The explosion-proof electric hoist can be equipped with a trolley for linear or curved movement on I-beam tracks. It can be used with explosion-proof single-beam suspension cranes or explosion-proof single or double-girder overhead cranes, depending on specific requirements. It can also be fixed directly on a support frame for stationary applications.
